About

I believe in sustainable lifestyle changes, not quick fixes. Nutrition shouldn’t feel like punishment or pressure; it should feel empowering, enjoyable, and personal. My goal is to help you find balance with food so you can feel energised, confident, and in control for the long term.

As a registered dietitian, my approach is rooted in science and shaped by real-world experience. I know that everyone’s journey with food is different, and I’m passionate about cutting through the confusion to give you practical, evidence-based guidance you can actually trust.

Through my free resources, e-books, and 1:1 consultations, I make expert nutrition advice easy to access and simple to understand. Whether you want to boost your energy, manage a health condition, or just feel more confident in your own skin, I’ll help you create healthy habits that work for your lifestyle, not against it.
